This position demands daily creativity, excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain the highest level of professional standards. The Restaurant Manager must work well under pressure, be organized, flexible, self-motivated, reliable, and willing to work early hours. I am considering all experienced Restaurant Managers for this position. Requirements for this position are; inventory control, budgeting and maintaining cost, controlling labor, scheduling, safety and sanitation. Ensuring great service and culinary experience for our guests. Experience in proper food handling techniques and administrative skills. Salary 45,000-55,000 per year, plus some benefits.
