Once just one location in a large, national franchise network of breakfast restaurants, The Egg of Estes has finally hatched as a locally grown, fully independent breakfast and lunch destination in Estes Park. Serving as everything from a home away from home, to a local guide and a place to fuel up for adventuring in the Colorado Rockies, The Egg has a table and a warm welcome for everyone.
After starting as a server at The Egg and I while in college, owner Ania learned the business from the ground up, eventually becoming an owner of the Estes Park location in 2017. Now, with her husband Ryan and the same wonderful team of dedicated servers, Ania is venturing out on her own with the newly established Egg of Estes.
Even though the name has changed, you’ll find the same great service and delicious food (focusing on fresh ingredients, sourced locally whenever possible) you’ve come to expect. Whether you’re a local, a first-timer, or an annual regular, you’ll find the wholesome breakfast or adventure fuel you’re looking for at The Egg.
