Meet the Egg of Estes
Once just one location in a large, national franchise network of breakfast restaurants, The Egg of Estes has finally hatched as a locally grown, fully independent breakfast and lunch destination in Estes Park. Serving as everything from a home away from home, to a local guide and a place to fuel up for adventuring in the Colorado Rockies, The Egg has a table and a warm welcome for everyone.
After starting as a server at The Egg and I while in college, owner Ania learned the business from the ground up, eventually becoming an owner of the Estes Park location in 2017. Now, with her husband Ryan and the same wonderful team of dedicated servers, Ania is venturing out on her own with the newly established Egg of Estes.
Even though the name has changed, you’ll find the same great service and delicious food (focusing on fresh ingredients, sourced locally whenever possible) you’ve come to expect. Whether you’re a local, a first-timer, or an annual regular, you’ll find the wholesome breakfast or adventure fuel you’re looking for at The Egg.

Meet Myrna!
Truly the heart and soul of the Egg of Estes, Myrna has been serving delicious and nutritious meals to regulars and visitors alike for the past 17 years. She’s a retired teacher who has lived across the front range, so if you ever need a recommendation for an activity or a place to visit, Myrna is the woman to ask!
