At The Egg, we’re thrilled to reopen our restaurant and welcome you to our newly-hatched website. Formerly known as the Egg and I of Estes Park, we have separated from the franchise network of breakfast restaurants to start our own adventure as a locally grown, fully independent breakfast and lunch destination. Even though we’ve hatched with a new name, you can still expect the same attentive, friendly service and great-tasting food. Feeling hungry? For those interested in lighter dishes, we have a dedicated menu to delicious breakfast options that are on the healthier side. All of our ‘healthier side’ menu items are gluten-free with vegetarian options available.
