Inside a fluffy omelette, a mixture of slowly cooked all-natural pork cooked with Mojo, Caribbean seasoning, house roasted red and green peppers with onions, topped with pepper Jack cheese and slices of Jalapeño pepper. Omelette is served with choice of side and an English muffin.
